Advice about what to eat can be adapted to your objectives during your each individual meeting with your diet Coach. The Coach will make you realize when he measures you with Independent metric device (measuring the fat, muscle mass, bone mass& hydration).
You will learn to control your heart rate and to improve your cardio vascular functionality. You will learn how to lose weight and obtain many benefits while improving your health.
