Coaching for 10 sessions

 

We will coach you 10 sessions and create a personalized program according to your objectives + needs. This program will be re-evaluated for free every 2 months.

 

Nutritional Evaluation

 

Advice about what to eat can be adapted to your objectives during your each individual meeting with your diet Coach. The Coach will make you realize when he measures you with Independent metric device (measuring the fat, muscle mass, bone mass& hydration).

 

Muscle Training, Weight Lifting

 

We will make you a program customized for your needs (Lose or gain weight, muscle gain targeting specific zones).

 

Cardio vascular activity

 

You will learn to control your heart rate and to improve your cardio vascular functionality. You will learn how to lose weight and obtain many benefits while improving your health.
